This notice explains how Consultify uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, scripts, and third-party features. It describes what each technology does, who provides it, how long it lasts, and how you can control optional uses.

Consultify determines the purpose of Consultify platform analytics and public-booking journey analytics. Salons remain responsible for their client, appointment, treatment, and salon-policy processing as described in the Privacy Notice and applicable agreements.
You may accept, reject, or make a granular choice. You can withdraw permission at any time through Privacy choices. Rejection and acceptance are remembered for the same six-month period. Removing the privacy-choice cookie through your browser will cause Consultify to ask again, with optional technologies off in the meantime.
Purposes
Essential and requested preference technologies are not switched off by rejecting optional analytics.

Public-booking analytics is optional. When allowed, it may record page and feature interactions, referral information, browser details, and a temporary random journey identifier. It is not used to authorise advertising or cross-site tracking, and Consultify does not store raw IP addresses in the analytics event table.
Linkable raw journey events are retained for no more than 30 days. Aggregate reporting may be retained for up to 13 months. Turning analytics off stops future collection, removes the known browser journey key, and deletes linkable events associated with the withdrawn privacy record.
Transactional booking, payment, fraud-prevention, salon policy, and customer-support records are separate from optional analytics and continue to operate when analytics is rejected.
Stripe payment and card features and Meta's WhatsApp business connection are loaded only when you ask to use the relevant feature. They are not loaded globally by the privacy-choice component. Provider-controlled storage may apply within those requested flows.
If Consultify later adds Google Analytics, Google Ads, or another optional provider, it will update this notice, create the appropriate separate purpose, and request a fresh choice before that provider loads.
Most browsers let you inspect or delete cookies, local storage, and site data. Browser deletion may sign you out, reset requested preferences, or remove work-in-progress state. Rejecting analytics within Consultify does not remove essential technologies, because they are needed for the service or feature you requested.
For privacy questions or an erasure request, contact {{PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL}}. Material changes to purposes, providers, or this policy version will cause optional technologies to remain off until a fresh choice is made.
